Witness: Dogs Thrown From Moving Vehicle

(MUNCIE) - Authorities are searching for a woman who reportedly threw two dogs out of a moving vehicle.

A witness reported a woman throwing two Shih Tzu dogs out of her moving vehicle Tuesday morning. The witness rushed to the aid of the dogs, but was unable to get the license plate number. Both dogs are being treated for malnutrition.

The dogs, believed to be brothers, have been named Lyle and Tate.

Anyone with possible information about the identity of the alleged dog dumper can call the Muncie Police Department at 765 747-4838, or call Animal Rescue Fund (ARF) at 765 282-2733.
