(RUSHVILLE) - An 18-year old accused of pulling a prank with a sex doll at Rushville Community High School will not face jail time.
Tyrell Morton was placed in a diversion program and will perform 8 hours of community service.
Morton placed a blow-up sex doll in a girls' bathroom on May 31st. The school saw him carry the doll into the school on surveillance video and initially locked down the school for three hours and called in a bomb squad.
