(PERU) - The man accused of stabbing a Boy Scout leader to death had his day in court Thursday.
Shane Golitko appeared in a Miami County courtroom. Police said he stabbed Arthur Anderson to death while Anderson was walking the Nickel Plate Trail with two boy scouts.
An attorney entered a not guilty plea on Golitko's behalf. Golitko is expected back in court in October.
