Fort Wayne Native Found Guilty Of Murder

(FAIRBANKS, ALASKA) - A Fort Wayne native and Army specialist has been found guilty of murdering his wife in Alaska.

Tonya Rentfrow was found strangled with a power cord on January 10th in Fairbanks, Alaska near Fort Wainwright.

Her husband, Army Specialist Aaron Rentfrow, had been at a local correctional facility since the night of Tonya's death and had pleaded guilty in the case.

Rentfrow is originally from Fort Wayne.
