(UNDATED) - The Indiana Attorney General’s Office formally filed its appeal today in the lawsuit over the defunding of Planned Parenthood.
Greg Zoeller is asking the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago to reinstate the law that withholds Medicaid funding to any medical facility that provides abortion services.
Federal Judge Tanya Walton Pratt blocked the law from taking effect at the end of June.
