Last updated on Wednesday, July 13, 2011

(GREENWOOD, IN) - The Greenwood Police Chief is calling for one of his officers to be fired for allegedly handcuffing and using a stun gun on someone while off-duty.

Greenwood Officer Don Davis was suspended without pay in June for breaking department rules.

The incident reportedly happened at a greenwood apartment complex, where Davis works part-time.

The Greenwood Police Merit Commission will decide on any disciplinary action against him during a hearing in august.
