Man With Shoe-Camera To Stand Trial For Filming Teen Girls

Last updated on Tuesday, July 19, 2011

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - An Indiana man can stand trial on charges related to shooting video underneath the skirts of teenagers at Castleton Square Mall.

The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled Monday that attempted child exploitation charges will be allowed in the case involving David Delagrange of Fort Wayne.

Police arrested Delagrange last spring after an officer found him using an elaborate recording system involving a camera hidden in his shoe.

Prosecutors dropped 10 counts of voyeurism against Delagrange last year because Indiana law did not specifically ban the video practice.

The law has since been changed.
