(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Thousands of ministers and Christian educators will be descending on the Circle City beginning this weekend.
Indianapolis is playing host to the 106th Annual National Baptist Congress of Christian Educators.
It's the third time Indy has been host city.
Organizers estimate some 50,000 attendees will take part in seminars, rallies and other activities designed to promote Christian education.
They also estimate the week-long event will have a $40 million economic impact on the city.
They say during these uncertain times, Christian education is more important than ever.
The convention kicks off Sunday.
