(MUNCIE) - A Muncie woman accused of neglecting a four-month-old that she was babysitting, eventually resulting in his death, will get more prison time, but on a different charge.
Tina Byrd was recently convicted of forging her daughter's signature on two checks.
She will spend four more years behind bars, in addition to six years she will spend in prison for her role in the baby's death.
