(MUNCIE, IN) - Delaware County Commissioners voted unanimously Monday night to approve a new smoking ban.
The ban includes bars, taverns and any other buildings not included in a similar ban passed in 2006.
The ban does have one exemption and that's for electronic smoking devices or e-cigarettes.
That exemption was made shortly before the vote.
