Last updated on Wednesday, May 4, 2011

(CAMBY, IN) - A missing Danville woman was found dead in Camby.

Hendricks County Sheriff's Sergeant Jim Yetter says Janet Walters was identified as the corpse found in the back of a minivan in a Meijer parking lot.

Officials were notified after an employee noticed a foul smell and flies around the vehicle.

Police have no evidence of foul play but are awaiting toxicology reports to determine her cause of death.

Walters was reported missing April 14th.

Her husband told authorities at that time that she just received a dire prognosis from a doctor just two days prior to going missing and had made suicidal comments.
