Judge Expected To Rule On Blood Draw In Fatal Wreck

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A judge is expected to rule today about whether a blood draw done the day of a fatal motorcycle crash will be admissible in court.

Suspended Indianapolis Police Officer David Bisard is accused of driving his squad car drunk and plowing into a group of motorcyclists, killing one man.

Bisard's attorney says the blood draw was done improperly.
