Dog Carcasses Found Along Railroad Tracks

(ANDERSON, IN) - Dog carcasses were found along railroad tracks in the city of Anderson.

The dogs are believed to have been used for fighting.

Zip ties were found near the dogs, which are reportedly sometimes used on bait dogs to keep them from fighting back.
