(BROWNSBURG, IN) - A Brownsburg Schools’ music teacher is facing an intimidation charge this morning.
Christian Starnes is on leave following an incident involving a student in mid-April.
According to court documents, Starnes allegedly threatened to beat up a student several times, including outside the school.
He is going to court May 26th.
A no-contact order is in place between the student and Starnes.
The Brownsburg School Board is meeting tonight at 6:30PM.
No word yet if Starnes' future is on the agenda.
A Facebook page called "Bring Starnes Back" touts him as a "great role model" and a "great teacher" by students and parents.
