State Senate Bans Use Of Synthetic Marijuana

(STATEHOUSE) - The state senate has passed a bill that puts a ban on the use of the drug “spice.”

The synthetic marijuana killed a Middletown woman last July.

Spice, also known as K-2, has already been banned in a number cities and counties around the state.

The bill now goes back to the house for further consideration.
