(UNDATED) - The Indiana Secretary of State’s Office is looking for anyone who may have been scammed through Samex Capital Advisors to contact them immediately.
Officials say Keenan Hauke's assets remain frozen as a result of the investigation.
A hearing on that freeze will be held this Monday.
Hauke is accused of taking money from Samex Partners accounts for personal use.
