Last updated on Friday, April 15, 2011

(MADISON, IN) - A southern Indiana man whose wife is the Switzerland County Prosecutor faces a battery charge for reportedly choking a referee at their daughter’s basketball game.

41-year-old Robert Hensley was recently arrested at Muncie Elementary School in Madison.

Police say the altercation occurred after a referee made foul calls on two girls playing in the game between Madison's eighth-grade girls and Switzerland County's team.
