(UNDATED) - The State Department of Homeland Security is asking resident and business across the state to report any damages sustained during this week’s severe weather.
The disclosure forms are located on the agency's website.
Officials say the documentation is not an application for assistance but will be used to determine if the state should apply for federal aid.
