Cell Phone Use In Cars Remains Legal

(STATEHOUSE) - It appears your cell phone conversations in your car will remain legal, at least for another year.

The senate had added a cell phone ban to a bill banning texting at the wheel.

House and Senate negotiators are still hammering out a final bill, but they agree it won't cover cell phones.
