Attorney General Says He'll Defend Democrats If They Sue Over Fines

(STATEHOUSE) - Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says he will defend the statehouse if any Democrats sue over fines for missing sessions.
In a statement, he said the fines are an issue for the legislative branch of government to decide; he also adds he has no authority to prevent it.
Zoeller added House Speaker Brian Bosma is "on strong legal ground" in imposing the fines.
