(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The count stands at 24 confirmed tornado touchdowns in Indiana from last week’s round of severe weather.
Mike Ryan with the National Weather Service says two more were confirmed in southern Indiana, as well as one near the Indiana-Illinois border.
The tornado that touched down near the border was classified as an EF2.
Ryan says it marks the fourth largest outbreak in Indiana history.
