State's Highest Court To Hear Rottweiler, 6-Year-Old Boy Case

Last updated on Thursday, March 31, 2011

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The state’s highest court will decide whether the city of Evansville should be held liable for a Rottweiler that bit a 6-year-old boy.

Misty Davis sued the city on behalf of her son, arguing that animal control officers knew that the dog was dangerous but failed to sanction its owner.
