(UNDATED) - Senator Mike Delph says he will return $10,000 dollars in campaign contributions from embattled businessman Tim Durham.
Durham gave the money to Delph in 2006 and 2007. Durham is charged with running a Ponzi scheme which scammed 5,000 people out of $200-million.
