(WASHINGTON, DC) - Indiana Senior Senator Richard Lugar told CBS’ “Face The Nation” he’s hesitant to support military action in Libya.
He questions who the U.S. and other allied forces are helping in the country and says many other countries aren't backing the airstrikes either.
