Man Facing Charges In 4-Year-Old's Death

(TIPTON, IN) - A 30-year-old man faces charges in the death of a four-year-old boy in Tipton.

James Rice was arrested Monday in Elwood in the death of Dylan Cast in November.

Cast had been in rice's care while his mother was at work.

Police say Rice was the boyfriend of Cast's mother.
