(SPENCER COUNTY, IN) - A southern Indiana man has died after he reportedly jumped from a moving truck during an argument with the driver.
Police say Kenneth Harper died Thursday near Dale, Indiana after jumping out of a pickup driven by David Gabberd.
Gabberd and a passenger say the truck got stuck when they pulled off the side of the road to find Harper.
They called a friend for help, put Harper in the back of that friend's truck and drove him to a home.
After he was unresponsive, they called 9-1-1.
Police say the driver and passenger were arrested at the scene after getting into an altercation with investigators.
