(UNDATED) - Greencastle and North Vernon will serve as the pilot communities for the state’s new multi-million dollar stellar communities program.
Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman says state agencies will invest an estimated $31 million dollars in the two communities over three years as part of the initiative.
