(EVANSVILLE, IN) - Agencies in southern Indiana are set to help weather-stricken communities in the state.

Evansville and Vanderburgh County officials met to discuss how local government agencies could respond to requests for assistance.

The local EMA Director says they will have to wait and see what needs to be done before they know what kind of assistance can be provided.
