(EVANSVILLE, IN) - An Evansville couple has been arrested after police say they taped their two young children in chairs for hours.
26-year-old Brian Shriver and 26-year-old Martina Shriver are being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail on charges of criminal confinement and child neglect.
Police say Brian Shriver admitted to taping the children to the chairs for about 10 hours and spanking them daily.
