5th Grader Suspended For Taking Knife To School

(GRANGER, IN) - A northern Indiana 5th grader has been suspended for taking a knife to school and threatening a teacher.

Officials with the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation in Granger say another student witnessed the incident and told another teacher who then intervened.

The incident was referred to local police.
