(TERRE HAUTE, IN) - A former Terre Haute police officer will spend 2 years on in-home detention. 49-year-old Carl Graham pled guilty to sexual battery of a child.
Authorities alleged Graham inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl in his home in 2007.
The sentence also calls for one-year probation, registration as a sex offender, and no contact with youth 16 and younger.
