(INDIANA STATEHOUSE) - State Senator Phil Boots is still trying to get a hearing for his Sunday alcohol sales bill, despite a report indicating it wouldn’t take in much more revenue.
The Non-Partisan Legislative Services Agency's report states "any impact on sales tax revenue is expected to be minimal."
Boots says the LSA's study is not extensive enough to determine how much revenue would be generated.
