Revised Texting While Driving Ban May Get Vote Today

(STATEHOUSE) - Last year, a proposed ban on texting while driving was watered down to apply only to drivers under 18.

This year, a similar ban appears to be receiving a more favorable reception in the house.

The house may vote on a ban as early as today and legislators may add additional penalties for talking on a cell phone.
