(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A first of its kind conviction in Marion County.
Chris Smiley has been found guilty of human trafficking, promoting prostitution, intimidation and strangulation.
He was accused of forcing a 19-year-old woman into prostitution as a result of drug debt.
