Vigil To Be Held In Memory Of Teen Drowning Victim

(COLUMBUS, IN) - Classmates for a Columbus teen who died in a water accident are planning a candlelight vigil in his memory.

16-year-old Derek Lodestein died when he fell through the ice on Terrace Lake December 22nd.

Lodestein was a sophomore at Columbus Signature Academy New Tech High School before his family moved to Davenport, Iowa, at the end of October.

CSA New Tech Students will host a candlelight vigil at the school Saturday afternoon.
