(COLUMBIA CITY, IN) - A man tried for a second time on 66 counts of child molesting and sexual misconduct has been found not guilty on all counts by a Whitley County Jury.
36-year-old Dustin Shenberger of Pennsylvania had been accused of molesting a teen relative between 2004 and 2006.
Shenberger had been tried in august but the jury ended in a deadlock.
