(UNDATED) - A new study indicates Indiana 8th graders are twice likely to smoke, drink and use marijuana that other 8th grade students across the nation.
A survey conducted by the national institutes of health determined 17% of 8th grade students used marijuana in the past month compared to the national average of 8%.
