Former BMV Commissioner Not To Be Charged

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The former commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles will not be charged in connection with his public indecency arrest in October if he adheres to the terms of a Diversion Agreement reached Friday.

He was sentenced to a year probration and required to perform community service.

40-year old Andrew Miller was arrested in downtown Indianapolis after propositioning an undercover police officer.
