(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The 2011 housing market is expected to rebound, but only in certain spots.
That's according to Greg Cooper with Prudential Indiana.
He says neighborhoods with a certain "flavor" of individuality will see more sales, as will places with better school districts.
He also notes that "shortages" of available homes in central based on price.
