Tim Bristol with A.H.E.A.D, Advocates Helping to Educate Against Drugs in Montgomery County says it's a good day to quit smoking.
Across the nation, 46-million people could take the day off from smoking.
Bristol says it is an opportunity for smokers to realize they can quit, especially with the proper support team.
