(CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN) - Another Indiana city and county have passed bans against a synthetic marijuana substance.

The Crawfordsville City Council and the Montgomery County Commissioners passed separate ordinances for the city and county banning the sale of k-2 or spice.

The county ordinance also bans possession.

Violators of both ordinances would be subject to heavy fines.

Montgomery County Ahead Coalition was instrumental in helping draft the ordinances.
