(NOBLESVILLE) - Hamilton Southeastern Schools, Franklin Township Schools and Middlebury Community Schools can move forward with their lawsuit against the state of Indiana.
Hamilton County Superior Court Judge Steve Nation issued the ruling this morning after Attorney General Greg Zoeller asked him to throw out the case. The schools sued the state in February, claiming the school funding formula unfairly penalizes growing districts.
