(ANDERSON, IN) - An Anderson man faces up to 120 years in prison when he’s sentenced for abusing his infant son.
Justin Sheets pleaded no contest to six "B" felony counts of child abuse.
Each count carries a penalty of 6 to 20 years.
A Madison County Judge will determine if each count will be served consecutively and the length for each count.
Sheets admitted to detectives he had little tolerance for the baby when he cried.
The sentencing hearing is scheduled for December 8th.
