(GREENCASTLE, IN) - Indiana State Police have arrested a Reelsville man for sexual misconduct with his daughter.
The investigation into 44-year-old Larry Owens began after a friend witnessed Owens engage in inappropriate contact with his 15-year-old daughter.
The friend told a family member who contacted authorities.
