(UNDATED) - Hoosier consumers have mixed emotions for this year’s holiday shopping season.
The Deloitte survey shows 57% of Indiana respondents feel the economy is still in recession, or heading back into one.
The annual report also shows 50% of those responding plan to spend the same as last year, while 39% say they will spend less.
