(INDIANAPOLIS) - Governor Mitch Daniels skipped President Obama’s trip to Kokomo, instead announcing his 2011 legislative agenda to the Indianapolis Rotary Club.
The governor reiterated the importance of reforming education, protecting the taxpayer and restructuring local government.
