78 County Prosecutors Named In Civil Lawsuit

(UNDATED) - The Indiana Attorney General’s office will provide legal counsel for county prosecutors named a civil lawsuit.

78 county prosecutors have been named as defendants for intentionally violating the False Claims Act.

At issue is the filing of civil forfeiture suits against the property of drug offenders or other criminals.
