(MUNCIE, IN) - A 16-year-old Central High School student is expected to be waived to adult court after being arrested in connection with a rape at school.
Meanwhile, Delaware County authorities have launched a secondary investigation into why school officials did not report the alleged attack to law enforcement authorities.
