(SOUTH BEND, IN) - A Notre Dame student who died Wednesday while filming football practice from a scissor lift publicly expressed his fear about the situation.
20-year-old Declan Sullivan was killed when the lift, which stretched across a nearby street, apparently toppled under the force of winds exceeding 50MPH.
Earlier in the afternoon, Sullivan made Twitter posts to his Facebook site talking about the fear he had filming in such adverse conditions.
