(UNDATED) - The state filed lawsuits against ten foreclosure consultants accused of ripping off Hoosiers.
27 suits have been filed all across the state against the companies who promise any home can be saved from foreclosure and their services are 100% guaranteed.
Deputy Attorney General David Miller says suits were filed in 9 Indiana counties against the out-of-state companies.
